And a video, however good, doesn't replace the judgment and relationship a teacher brings — it's a tool a teacher uses, not a substitute for one.
The realistic framing is augmentation, not replacement: AI removes the production bottleneck so teachers spend more time on the parts of the job a machine can't do.
